My name is Helga Kessinger
I studied translation at the University of Heidelberg (English and French) and hold a diploma in translation. Afterwards I worked for several years as a securities trader at major international banks.
For about 15 years now I have been teaching German as a foreign language. My students, more than 150 by now, come from all over the world: China, Eastern Europe, India, Iran, Japan, Pakistan, South America, South Korea, Syria, the US and many other countries.
They work for international companies, small and medium sized enterprises, research institutes and orchestras, or they are still studying. What they have in common: they do not need German some day, they need it at work, in the lab, in the office and on stage. That is exactly what the lessons are built around.

I took a month-long online German Telc B2 Test Preparation course taught by Helga, with 3 other students from diverse backgrounds. It was just like being in a live classroom.

Participé en un curso intensivo de alemán B2 el cual estuvo bajo la enseñanza de la maestra Helga Kessinger. How do we conclude a contract?
A contract is concluded before the start of the course, so both sides know from the beginning what has been agreed. The sample contract is available here:
How do I pay?
Prepayment by bank transfer or PayPal.
Is there a final test?
An internal test is offered at the end of each language level (A1, A2, B1 and so on), so you can see in black and white where you stand before the next level begins.
Where do the lessons take place?
Lessons take place online, so you can join from anywhere. My students are spread all over the world.
